   • You affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share any content you upload. 
   • Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: 
     • Violent, hate speech, or harassing material 
     • Copyrighted or infringing material 
     • Misinformation, harmful, or illegal content
   • Cookster reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
   • he account holder is primarily responsible for any complaint or lawsuit filed against Cookster regarding a violation of third party privacy. 
   • If you suspect a privacy violation, you must contact us as stated in Clause 10..
6. User Conduct
   • Do not spam, harass, or abuse other users. 
   • Do not use the Platform for illegal or malicious activities. 
   • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s operation.
7. Termination
   • Cookster may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
   • The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content. 
   • Cookster is not responsible for user-generated content or third-party content linked within the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
   • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Legal Responsibility for User Content
    • You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your User Content. 
    • Cookster does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content uploaded by users.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
